Refund & Return Policy

At PepDerm, we stand behind our products with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your money — no questions asked.

1. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund on any PepDerm product. This applies to both opened and unopened products. We believe in our formulas and want you to try them risk-free.

  • Full refund of the product purchase price
  • No questions asked — we respect your decision
  • You may keep the product (no need to return it for single-bottle orders)

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The refund request must be made within 60 days of delivery
  • You must provide your order number or the email address used at purchase
  • Bundle orders (3+ units) may require return of unopened bottles for a full refund

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@pepdermlab.com with the subject line “Refund Request”
  2. Include your order number and the reason for your request (optional but appreciated)
  3. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with confirmation and any return instructions if applicable

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different product or bundle, please request a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately at support@pepdermlab.com. We will send a replacement at no additional cost. Please include a photo of the damaged product when contacting us.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the processing period:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your bank or card issuer — there is often a processing delay
  3. If you have done both and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@pepdermlab.com

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)
  • Orders where a refund was already issued

9. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. After 12 hours, orders may have already entered processing and cannot be cancelled — in that case, you may request a refund after delivery under our 60-day guarantee.
