At PepDerm, we ship worldwide from our fulfillment facility. This policy outlines our shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and tracking information.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal service delays, or high-demand periods. PepDerm is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or postal services.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package at any time on our Order Tracking page.
Tracking information may take 2-5 business days to update after shipment. If your tracking has not updated after 7 business days, please contact us.
4. Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country’s government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
PepDerm has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Contact your local customs office for more information before ordering.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we may be unable to ship to certain regions due to regulatory restrictions. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
All packages are insured during transit. If your package is lost, damaged, or does not arrive within the maximum estimated delivery window:
- Contact us at support@pepdermlab.com with your order number
- We will investigate with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund at no additional cost
- Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 60 days of the order date
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. PepDerm is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
8. Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is included on all orders, regardless of order value. No minimum purchase required.
